Oxfordshire Community Churches is a family of regions, churches and other initiatives – working together as a single charity. Each of those churches and initiatives has its own website. 

Oxfordshire Community Churches is part of a wider family of churches – Salt & Light Advance – and part of Salt & Light Ministries.

Complaints Policy

OCC views concerns and complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the person (or organisation) that has made the complaint. The purpose of this policy is to provide clarity around the process for raising a concern or making a complaint, and what you should expect in response.
